Privacy Policy

Gantova is a pre-launch product, and this site exists to explain what we are building and let you get in touch. We collect very little, and this page describes all of it in plain language.

Who we are

This website, gantova.com, is operated by Gantova, Inc. ("Gantova", "we", "us"). It is an informational marketing site for a product that has not yet launched. This policy covers the website only; if we introduce a product or app later, it will have its own privacy documentation.

What we collect

Two things, and only two things:

• Anonymous site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic: page views, referrers, country-level location, browser, and device type. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, does not use local storage for tracking, does not fingerprint devices, and does not track you across other sites. We see totals and trends, not individual visitors.
• Email correspondence. If you write to us at [email protected], for example to request early access, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to tell us.

That is the full list. This site has no accounts, no forms, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts. The only external resource the site loads is web fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers; Google may log those requests per its own privacy policy.

How we use it

• Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from, so we can improve the site.
• Email correspondence is used to reply to you, to follow up on early access requests, and, if you asked to hear from us, to let you know when the product is available.

We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision making.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information, and we never will.
• We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
• We do not send marketing email to anyone who has not written to us first or asked to be kept informed.

We share information only with the service providers that make the site work (our hosting and analytics provider, Cloudflare, and our email provider), or if the law requires it.

Retention

Analytics data is aggregate and anonymous, and we rely on Cloudflare's standard retention for it. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the conversation, for example an early access list we intend to act on. If you want your emails and address deleted from our inbox and lists, ask and we will do it promptly.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because the only personal information we hold is email correspondence, exercising these rights is simple: email us and tell us what you want. We will respond to every reasonable request regardless of where you live.

Children

This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. If we ever start collecting meaningfully more than what is described here, we will say so clearly rather than bury it.
